28.09.2020 18:36:00
The personnel of the 17th separate tank brigade participated in the training session on "Correctness of radio negotiations on stations". The military tested the new radios they received.
New radio stations have the ability to track the location of the radio station via satellite.
"The specified additional function is very progressive for our soldiers on the front line. Now the commander has the opportunity to control the location of both the radio station and his subordinates during the battle. Modern radio stations have proven themselves as mobile, practical, compact devices. They do not interfere with the personnel on the duty," said Serhiy, the head of the training session and assistant of communications chief of the 17th separate tank brigade.
The only recommendation which Serhiy gives the fighters is to negotiate as quickly as possible, within 15-20 seconds. This measure is necessary to prevent the enemy from being able to determine the location of the radio station.
